At Kumiho-Crossdress, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new look. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in its pristine, discrete condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene and quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
